Drawstring running shoe bag - to avoid danger of choking or suffocation, keep the bag away from babies and children.

Pin badges - are not suitable for children under the age of 6 years old.  Adult supervision when children are exposed to these items is strongly recommended as they can cause choking hazards and skin punctures.

Charms from the keyrings and the Emotional Poo gifts and the ball in the whistle  - are not suitable for children under 6 years old. Adult supervision required.

Footmask and lip balms - please note, these are not being provided by RunHERS for use from children.  Children may mistake them for Food... They are not meant for oral consumption. They may be suitable for older skin - they are not suitable for children. They may cause irritation to skin whatever age you are - but clearly for younger skin, they can be potentially dangerous or problematic. For a child with eczema or sensitive skin, they could cause significant problems

Wrist band - these are a choking hazard to children if not used properly.  Never place bands on your baby or child until they are old enough to understand their danger. The material of the band can be a choking risk to a baby if they put them in their mouth.

 

If the product is faulty in any way, please in the first instance send us a message at runhers@outlook.com.

We will work with you to ensure an amicable solution is found.

If necessary, once the item has been returned in it's original packaging, a replacement or refund will be provided.

 

 

All deliveries will be despatched within 24 hours of the order being received unless it is a bank holiday or period of closure.

Please note: we cannot foresee or plan for unexpected courier closures and or courier strike action.

All deliveries will be accepted as received if our courier provides evidence of a delivery e.g. photo or signature.

We will follow the same guidelines of our couriers definition of what constitutes as delivery evidence.
