If the product is faulty in any way, please in the first instance send us a message at care@runhers.co.uk.
We will work with you to ensure an amicable solution is found.
If necessary, once the item has been returned in it's original packaging, with tags, unused and unwashed a replacement or refund will be provided.
SHIPPING INFO
All t-shirts are made to order. The order may take 10 days before it reaches us from the manufacturer.
All deliveries will be despatched within 24 hours of the order being received by us from the manufacturer unless it is a bank holiday or period of closure. This will be on a 48hr tracked delivery.
Please note: we cannot foresee or plan for unexpected courier closures and or courier strike action.
All deliveries will be accepted as received if our courier provides evidence of a delivery e.g. photo or signature.
We will follow the same guidelines of our couriers definition of what constitutes as delivery evidence.
