If the product is faulty in any way, please in the first instance send us a message at care@runhers.co.uk.
We will work with you to ensure an amicable solution is found.
If necessary, once the item has been returned in it's original packaging, with tags, unused and unwashed a replacement or refund will be provided.
SHIPPING INFO
All deliveries will be despatched within 24 hours of the order being received unless it is a bank holiday or period of closure. This will be on a 48hr tracked delivery.
Please note: we cannot foresee or plan for unexpected courier closures and or courier strike action.
All deliveries will be accepted as received if our courier provides evidence of a delivery e.g. photo or signature.
We will follow the same guidelines of our couriers definition of what constitutes as delivery evidence.
